Return & Refund Policy

At Recess Riot, many of our products are made to order especially for you. Because of this, we encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order details before completing your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Original tags, if applicable, must remain attached.
Proof of purchase is required.
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many Recess Riot products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size
Changing your mind about a made-to-order item
Personalized or customized products
Final sale or clearance items
Normal color variations caused by different screens or monitors
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Please review the size guide provided on the product page before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the product and the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please contact us regarding the return eligibility of your original item and place a new order for the desired item.
